What is your cut off time? 

Our cut off time for your order to be dispatched the next day is currently 6pm. For example, if you wanted to order some cookies at 5.30 on Monday for Tuesday dispatch this would be perfectly okay. However, if you were to order on Monday night at 7pm your order wont be sent until the Wednesday as you will of missed the deadline.

When will my order be posted?

You will be able to choose between Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday for your goodies to be dispatched when choosing your order. If you have a specific or alternative date you would like your order to be posted please leave a note before checkout or DM/ email us with the desired date.

How is my order packaged and sent?

All orders are wrapped in biodegradable cellulose and recycled tissue paper before being packed safely in a postal box and sent using Royal Mail's 1st Class service. This usually means you will receive your order the day after your desired dispatch day. However please allow 2 working days for your order to arrive before getting in touch.

At Xocolat we wanted to make a conscious effort of being as eco friendly as possible when it came to our packaging. To achieve this, most of our packaging is either recycled, recyclable or biodegradable.

    

Can I collect my order?

Collection is only available to customers in Anglesey & Gwynedd. For local customers please select the collection delivery option at checkout to deduct the delivery fee.

Allergens

All of Xocolat's baked goods are vegan and therefore EGG and MILK free but do contain SOYA and GLUTEN and occasionally NUTS (peanut butter brownies & cookies). Although our products are vegan, our kitchen occasionally handles non vegan products, however, all of our products are made using separate utensils and equipment.

Our GLUTEN FREE brownies are made using non gluten ingredients, however our kitchen does frequently use gluten containing products.

Do you have a food hygiene rating?

We proudly have a food safety and hygiene rating of 5 which was awarded to us in November 2019 

​Can I get a refund?

We don't currently offer refunds due to the nature of the business, however if your package got lost in the post or is damaged please get in touch.

What if I'm not in?

To guarantee you receive your orders, someone needs to be present at the delivery address. Please leave a note or contact us if you want the parcel to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place if you know you won't be in. However, we will not be responsible if you will not be able to retrieve the order once it's been left in the alternative place.
